The bedside lights look good … but the glass tube does not fit well and has sharp edges on it's base and the built-in dimmers don't appear to dim LED bulbs (tried 4 types - including those recommended on the webpage). To be fair to Value Lights, they have refunded the cost of the bulbs and delivery was on time - but perhaps they should test the claims they make or infer in their web pages.

Ordered for purple lampshades, I received red ones, called for the right to sent, then I recieved red ones again, gave up and returned the whole lot. Not sure I've received my refund yet. Service was very good but the products were wrong

I ordered three light shades, two small and one larger one, on arrival we saw that the larger on was not big enough so it was returned and an even larger one was ordered. I was told that they would refund the returned light shade which was never opened. Five months later and about 20 emails later i have not been refunded. The postal receipt has also been emailed to them, most of my email have never had a response.

Well my product was damaged on arrivel and did not work, contacted immediately I was refunded for the product but not the delivery which I was dissapointed.

Shortly after assembly, the light began to overheat and failed. I tried to contact customer service via phone and email but have had no response. I have been unable to arrange a refund or replacement so far.

It looks too cheap. Even the lampshade comes in 4 separate pieces. In general all the pieces were damage. I'm returning my entire order and waiting for my refund.

The desk lamp I bought was cheap but extremely very poor quality. Returned and waiting for a refund.

Value lights agreed to a refund, but I think they need to rethink their choice of courier if they want to stay in business.

The tripod stand lamp I ordered is lovely and very reasonable for money but the shade it comes with is awful, you have to put the shade together yourself by rolling it along a Velcro pad and it’s creased from being folded for delivery. The company have been very good in saying they will refund me just for the shade though. Great customer service
