The customer service representative tracked down my order and determined that it apparently had no tracking number, which meant it hadn’t shipped. He apologized and indicated that he would upgrade my order to a longer life toner cartridge for free and expedite shipping. The upgraded product just arrived priority mail as promised. Love when a vendor goes above and beyond to make things right.”
