“ValueTekno gave me a reduced price and free shipping of an HP toner cartridge -- it arrived about a week after I placed my order. I have not opened the factory-sealed box because the printer's present cartridge still has about 10% of its toner remaining.
However, the date on the box is 20170215, over 5-1/2 years ago. At one website I found this statement: "HP toner cartridges can last up to two years in their sealed packaging." At another website I found this: "With toner cartridges, as long as they are kept dry and no moisture gets inside, they give good results long after their expiration date." So until I install this cartridge and see whether it works, I cannot give a definite opinion of ValueTekno's service.
