“Ordering was simple and straight forward. When I hadn't received my order, but had received a request to review I sent a note back stating such. Within 15 minutes I received a phone call from Eric W. stating that he was concerned with my initial review, and that he had checked into the situation. It appears that USPS had delivered to the wrong address & state! Eric told me that he would resend the shipment provided the tracking information. Once I had actually received the items he again called me to confirm that everything was good. Very impressed with his concern, involvement, and follow-up. Great business! Thank you.”
