“Ordered a plant collection early April, got an email a few weeks later to say delivery end of May - too late for my plans so I emailed to cancel. Didn't hear a thing so 1 & 1/2 weeks later I rang - waited in a long queue - was told they were 2 weeks behind with emails. I thought 'whatever, still need plants, so asked then to keep the order live - was assured this would be done. Few days later got an email confirming cancellation of order & refund. Rang them again - queued again - nil to be done now apart from place the order again but the delivery would be even more delayed. I didn't bother. Awful service and gaps in my plantings still! Don't bother with this company.”

“What a fiasco, money taken end of march, plants not sent as promised, now been told not due till end of may. Sent e mail 3 weeks ago, they say they respond within 5 days. Never knew 5 days looked like 3 weeks. Still no response. If you 'phone them you very rarely get an answer. Seems like a 'unprofessional business'. Would not use them again steer clear if you do not want the stress of chasing your order. There are much better companies out there. Happy shopping. Dennis Liverpool.”

“When you to to a garden centre you choose the plants. You leave the small, damaged or uneven plants down and pick another. My experience is as follows, Ordered 12 plant 4x3 varieties. One variety then not in stock, 3 arrived very small. One plant the arrived, not 3, refunded me. Then told in November 2012 the other variety would be sent in March 2013. Recieved two plants today not 3 as per offer. 1 of the two damaged, the leaves are falling off both of them.”
