“I ordered the children’s posy in lime green and purple flowers for a child’s coffin. Communication from Sri was very good throughout, flowers arrived at undertaker on time.”

“Having left a message on answer phone to which I never received a ring back I had to use on line ordering. I’m not experienced at this but found it quite straight forward. I received confirmation of order quickly which reassured me that all was well. I used this florist at our friend’s request with the current situation ,as it was for a funeral and it was important that they were first class as we can’t be with them. I will wait to hear from them after the funeral.”

“The flowers are beautiful, THANK YOU. The only thing I was not impressed with when ordering the flowers was the tone of voice and attitude of the lady who answered the phone: 1) when I mentioned that I had not received receipt after ordering the flowers 2) it was very late in the afternoon and I was checking if the order was going out on the day I was expecting (as I had not received receipt of the order).”
