“Fantastic flowers every time”

“Second time I have used this florist. Both times I cannot fault them. Sri (apologies if I have the name wrong) helped me through the process of picking the correct flowers for the bereavement including colours. He even called me, when making up the arrangement, to check on pollen concerned, so the right flowers are included, in the delivery. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the flowers and the presentation - looked as good in real life as in the pictures. Ordering process was easy as well, and when I had to call to ask for an amendment, they were incredibly polite about it. Would recommend!”

“Followed instructions closely. The recipient now living out of area I was happy to pay the extra to have well chosen flowers and chocolates substituted. Payment and ordering from overseas is very easy.”

“Mom was satisfied with your service and loved the flower composition. She sent me picture of the flowers and I liked them as well. I had been sending her flowers at least twice a year for years and for all those years she has been unhappy with all the flowers until I start using Van Arthur Florist.
