“Followed instructions closely. The recipient now living out of area I was happy to pay the extra to have well chosen flowers and chocolates substituted. Payment and ordering from overseas is very easy.”

“Mom was satisfied with your service and loved the flower composition. She sent me picture of the flowers and I liked them as well. I had been sending her flowers at least twice a year for years and for all those years she has been unhappy with all the flowers until I start using Van Arthur Florist. “I chose a florist selection because this company has taken care of my flower purchases wonderfully over the past few years. I’m in the US and I have flowers delivered 3 or 4 times a year to my aunt. She’s always thrilled with their selection and the service.”

“Easy to find what I wanted on the website and I rang to see if it was possible to tweak a bouquet contents. The person I spoke to could not have been nicer or more efficient. The recipient loved her flowers, complete with more of the ones she particularly likes. This is what fantastic customer service looks like. Thank you!”

“The best way for me to review Van Arther is to forward the response from my sister: "Thank you so much for the gorgeous flowers which G. has just brought home from work. They really are absolutely beautiful. It was very thoughtful of you to send them today so that we did get them before the weekend. They are very fresh so they will certainly last for a long time and we will be able to enjoy them all next week.” As you can see, my sister loved the flowers. Sri of Van Arthur did a wonderful job and followed my requests to the letter. I am extremely happy with the quantity, quality and artistry that went into the bouquet that Van Arthur supplied. I thoroughly recommend using this company.”
