“Van Arthur delivered 2 very pretty, tied bunches. One featuring gerbera & green foliage and the other, more expensive, filled with gorgeous yellows and blues - including freesias & roses. I order flowers for my house every week and can report that these VA flowers are living much longer than any Serenata or M&S bunches I've bought previously. 6 days on and still going strong - without any dead-heading required as yet.”

“Good flower, the only issue was that you told me delivery would be late afternoon and you would contact me ahead of this but I got a call from delivery driver at 3 saying he at my place. I wasn’t home as was expecting a call and late afternoon delivery so was slightly stressful.”

Thank you Silvia, apologies we could not be more accurate with delivery times. The truth is as it's so difficult to estimate an accurate delivery time factoring in traffic, driver load, route complexity and other anomalies, the textbook answer is to not give an indication of time at all - we should have followed this rule so we do apologise for our mistake. In future if you do require your flowers at a very specific time, we promise to always have your flowers ready at the time you require when you opt for collection instead of delivery. We hope next time your experience will warrant 5 stars!

“Ordered two bouquets one for delivery and one for collection. The delivery was perfect, the flowers stunning and my aunt was very happy. The collection was also beautiful! Sadly the flowers started to wilt by the afternoon. On inspection the water boule was almost empty. Having topped this up, the flowers started to perk back up. Hopefully it won’t have effected their lifespan. I’ve used Van Arthur’s for years and love their flowers, the quality is always very very good. ”

“Quite pricey compared with florist I usually use which delivers free but flowers were beautiful and service very good and helpful. Would have given five stars if the arrangement had contained more country garden flowers which I ordered, though understandably it might be difficult to get full selection at the moment. I'd love to know the name of the big, pale pink roses, they were gorgeous? Thank you.”

Hello! There is a code on the top banner of our website for free delivery too, it updates seasonally but currently the code is "FREEDEL20" - please use it next time for local deliveries! The product you ordered was "Florist Choice Basket, Flower Colour:Pretty Pastels" but this means you're leaving the flower choice down to the florist. We do stock many spring flowers, next time please feel free to give us a ring with specific requests, we can usually help! Thank you for choosing us :)

“Delivered about 4:00pm on Valentines Day when late order early pm so quite impressive. Phoned me to say item I ordered had sold out but suggested other items at same price. The roses I then ordered were in good condition and beautifully arranges with plenty of greenery. Would use again.”
