“Easy to find what I wanted on the website and I rang to see if it was possible to tweak a bouquet contents. The person I spoke to could not have been nicer or more efficient. The recipient loved her flowers, complete with more of the ones she particularly likes. This is what fantastic customer service looks like. Thank you!”

“The best way for me to review Van Arther is to forward the response from my sister: "Thank you so much for the gorgeous flowers which G. has just brought home from work. They really are absolutely beautiful. It was very thoughtful of you to send them today so that we did get them before the weekend. They are very fresh so they will certainly last for a long time and we will be able to enjoy them all next week.” As you can see, my sister loved the flowers. Sri of Van Arthur did a wonderful job and followed my requests to the letter. I am extremely happy with the quantity, quality and artistry that went into the bouquet that Van Arthur supplied. I thoroughly recommend using this company.”

“Beautiful flowers as always from Van Arthur, I expect nothing less from them which is why I only use their services for flowers, in addition they go above and beyond, I received a personal call from them to ensure the delivery was received with satisfaction. They could have just left the flowers in the porch they contacted me to ensure I was ok with that before they left.”
