“My absolute favourite local florist. I've had flowers several times for family and friends, as well as Christmas trees for home, and never been disappointed. Great friendly service and beautiful flowers - what's not to like!”

“The funeral flowers I brought were beyond perfect , they were beautifully stunning and even prettier in person , The massed cross was my favourite, out of the two arrangements, customer service was excellent, kept us updated on delivery, over the moon with my purchase”

“I must say it was very disappointing to received a bouquet in a water logged, damaged bag which when I picked up from our Reception the handles went. It made it difficult for the recipient to carry them home, not sure I would use this florist again.”

Hey Kate, sorry to hear about this. You haven't previously told us about this, and on delivery the bag was definitely in tact. We know this as all deliveries are photographed on delivery. It is possible damage has occurred post-delivery, but nonetheless our drivers also carry spare bags on the van in case of spillages and accidents and we would have been happy to send a driver back with a new bag had you let us known at the time. Apologies again it wasn't the best experience, but please know we will always go the extra mile to get things right, but just as long as we know when something has gone wrong. If you feel we can still do something to get this right, please get in touch with us via email. We would like all customers to leave us happy regardless of their return.

“I have always through my 60 years loved flowers, so when I moved to North Harrow to find a Van Aurther on my doorstep was fantastic. They have never let me down when I ask for aunusal bouquet it is exactly what I get. Excellent service tbroughly recommend Van Aurther for your flowers what ever the occasion.”

“These are truly flowers made with that little bit of extra care and love. I purchased the Enchantment bouquet to give to my aunt who I hadn't seen through all of lockdown and she couldn't take her eyes off them! She sent me a photo a couple of days later after the lillies bloomed and they were stunning. Easy to use website and very efficient at collection. Will definitely be using Van Arthur again!”
