“Overall very good service. Friendly and non pressured conversation over the phone. Wasn’t fuss with me calling over florist before eventually coming back as VA has the best price and package available at the time. I would use again. Wishing you continued success in your business”

“Customer service was excellent and very helpful. I appreciated the email correspondence and photo of the finished bouquet for my friend. The only reason I didn’t rate as excellent was that the choice of flowers seemed a bit limited, but otherwise great.”

“TBH usually great but the mixed roses bunch I bought was lacklustre. I have used Van Arthur 10+ times and I will continue to do so, but not if they don't continue to deliver great flowers.”
