"Been trying to return a ring that I got that was faulty for the last two weeks. No assistance on how too start the process. Just nonstop attempts to try and replace the ring with a different product. \n\nMy fiance has been wearing it since April 25th. Its now only may 7th and the entire black plating of the ring has chipped away and fallen off. \n\nThey admitted that it was a probable in the factory after checking, yet still not allowing me to process a return, instead they are still pushing other items upon me. \n\nVery unprofessional, very awful product, will never recommend this company to anyone, I'll do the opposite to go out of my way to warn people about it."
