“Vansdirect were recommended to me by a mate and they did not disappoint. I had a great discount on my van and was blown away by the service from beginning to end, very professional staff that answered my many questions without hesitation. I had delivery within a week from placing the order and I'm over the moon with it. I will certainly be recommending Vansdirect.”

“Everything! They keep the V5 so you can't sell it easily and you won't get it for a year! The small print says the vans can be pre-registered mine turned up late from a muddy airfield with manufacturers stickers all over it! As for the finance don't try and settle early you will be charged for the full term including interest less a small discount (2%) They don't mention this important detail, but it's hidden in the small print. There is something very suspicious of the way they arrange finance and sell it, mine for HP via BNP Paribas - for which I've no doubt they get a commission. I believe their credit licence should be revoked and I am making such representations to the relevant authorities.”

“Really good advice about finance options. Ordered the van, it was in stock, and was delivered when they said it would be. It was a good deal, and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend them.”

“although the service on providing the van was good I have had to mark down because we have still not received the V5 documents. If for any reason we are stop by the police we have no registration documents to prove ownership.”

“Due to the length of time getting the vehicle after the time we were told it would be delivered we lost the sale of our old van which we still have will not be using vans direct for our next purchase”
