Van was delivered on time, and it's excellent. Can't thank you enough. Will definitely be back for my next van!

Very very poor customer service once order had been placed told 2 to 3 weeks delivery turned out to be 6 , lots of calls and e mails to which were mostly ignored , a very stressful experience , was glad to finally get my van and all has been good so far and hoping I do not have to contact customer service again .

Your Salesman Jamie Hawkins was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional from the start but with the human touch he made the whole process easy from start to finish. My only negative to the whole deal was your delivery department, despite contact and discussions with them they still managed to deliver the van to the wrong address.

I have ordered 4 or 5 vans from you over the last year or so. I am now waiting for a Ford Ranger this was meant to be here mid June still no Ranger I have rang 4 times for an update but knowone ever calls me back. I feel this will be the last van I order from you!

sales of the van were very good but ,the pre delivery of the vehicle was very poor (you asked for the money and i had to wait 10 days for delivery)

Dale at vans direct was superb, I gave him a task and he came up trumps in finding the right van for me and it's wonderful, dale and his team are a credit to the company and hope to have more dealings with them in the future. Many thanks Carl childs Norwich

Very helpful salesman but was unfortunately was told what I wanted to hear regarding delivery times and deposit..... So next time it's elsewhere I'm afraid.

I initially ordered 2 new vans on Jan 5th 2016, I was told early to mid March for delivery ("great" just in time for new 16 plate) However, as March began, no one at vans direct could confirm a delivery date, even though I was texted every week saying " your delivery is on track". I was told at one point that one was ready by one member of staff, then two days later by another that they could find no record of it ? After numerous calls to customer services we finally received our vans on 16th May, 19 weeks after ordering !!

The initial contact, advice and deal went smoothly. I was promissed the van on a Friday, this was not the case it seemed to take ages and no phone calls or e-mail to keep me up to date. She sent me some form to fill in on the internet which came from America, on no account was I going to sign that, Yanks, I would not trust them with yesterdays time. Customer Service was Poor. Pleased with the van though.

Dreadful service, the whole buying process is a nightmare, we still haven't received the vehicles instruction booklet, the van was not delivered on the agreed day. We would never consider buying another vehicle from van's direct Truly terrible service.

Gave the company a quick call while at work and all my questions were answered no problem. I decided to proceed with vans direct giving the information needed and within 2 hours everything was all sorted and ready to get things signed ready for van delivery. Van came a few days later which was brilliant with the ply lining thrown in free:) great service which makes things easier.

We order all our vans from Vansdirect Ltd. Christian is my contact on each purchase and we've built up a good working relationship over the years. Our next van is due for purchase in September of this year and we'll use Vansdirect to provide the best package as usual.

After paying £22,000. Only gripe was the van was delivered by being driven. Which put 200 plus miles on it. I would have preferred to have been given the option of picking it up. Or it should have been delivered on a truck, With no mileage. I have done 2000 satisfied miles.

Very please with the service from Vans Direct, the process was very easy, smooth and from the first phone call the new van was out side our premises within 2 weeks!! A+++

I have ordered several vans/truck and generally been very good. However twice they have let me down massively. All the way through the ordering process up until the deposit has been taken have been told the vehicle is in stock. Once the deposit have been taken was subsequently told the vehicle is not achaly in stock. This has cost me considerable amount of money by not having a vehicle for a newly employed enginner. I don't think I would order again from them.
