The vape was cheap compared to other sites & arrived promptly. It comes with 2 pods, one 0.7 & one 1.2 ohm. The 1.2 one was very loose in the unit so I emailed customer services. I got a very prompt & friendly reply telling me they’d send me a replacement pod, which arrived the next day & fitted perfectly. The unit works great & I was extremely impressed by the customer service. Would definitely recommend

As always really great service, royal mail had a bit of a hiccup and lost my order, but when contacting Vapeshop they got back to me quickly (and on a bank holiday no less) and re-shipped my order. Really great service and the person from the support team that replied (Sam) was brilliant, super customer service!
