“The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to advice and recommendations. They do try to get you to buy the most expensive kit but instead match your needs as a vaper first. “A* customer service As any smoker knows, running out of nicotine is a horrible feeling. Before I did, I ordered 10 nicotine salts for next day delivery Well obviously DPD messed up and I was going mad Michael in the Vape UK team helped sort out my issue, even going as far as to handwrite delivery instructions so even the most GPS-blind delivery driver could find my house with ease - and sorted out a redelivery next day to boot To top it off I even got little branded mint chocolate with my order (it's the little things that count) 10/10 would order again :D”

“What a great service from these guys. Every order I have placed has been spot on with no mistakes. The items are dispatched promptly and they arrive well within the the timescale given. They have a variety of shipping methods depending on how fast you want your order to arrive, which are very well priced. Each invoice comes stamped with a number of personal stamps so it can be seen who has picked and packaged your order. They have a large range of stock so you will no doubt find what you are looking for. I used several different companies for my vaping orders, but since I discovered Vape UK they have become my only supplier. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”
