Hi Helene, Thank you for your review and feedback, it is always appreciated to gain such reviews on the products we sell on our website. We do have it detailed on the Elf Bar product page, that puff counts are approximate and dependent on the length of draws on each use and by no means a guaranteed amount of puffs. Significantly lower puff counts can be found if longer draws are taken. Sorry to hear further that you had some leaking issues, this can be caused by how hard the device is drawn on, but also if the airflow is blocked at the base of the product. Hi Robert, Thank you for your review and feedback, you have raised a very valid point, which we are currently working on correcting. Our current platform doesn't allow for the rounding up of pricing to, as an example, a flat 3 for £10.00, and only allows us to round evenly, hence the 3 for £9.99. The good news is, in the near future, we will be moving to a new platform where this issue will be addressed and allow you take advantage of the discount offers, incorporating the use of the free shipping offer.
