The flavour tasted disgusting and they mailed it to the wrong person so I had to go from door to door

Hi Frohar, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, as explained in our email to you when a parcel leaves us we entrust Royal Mail to deliver it correctly so I can only apologise they mis-delivered it to a neighbour. With regards to the liquids you purchased from us, as you are aware Vaping in general is very subjective so every liquid is not always going to be enjoyed by everyone that buys it, something that is out of our hands sadly. 9 days and still no delivery. The first was lost by the courier and the 2nd still hasn't turned up.

Hi Aaron, I can only apologise further that you have still not received your order from us, once an item leaves us here, twice in your case, it is completely out of our hands and the trust in you getting your order is then with Royal Mail. It would appear that they are really struggling during the current Covid19 Pandemic with up to 60% staff shortages and quadruple the delivery load but to lose both your orders like this is beyond excuses so I can only apologise further on their behalf. Still not received my order after waiting over a week . Have tried tracking it with the post ofice who are still waiting to receive it . Will be contacting you for a full refund and will never use vape uk again.

We would have immediately looked into this for you and resolved it efficiently. We have contacted Royal Mail who have informed us your parcel has been deemed lost in transit. Order 194261. 41.98 spent on this order. The Geekvape Zeus tank has an obvious fault. It leaks and gurgles despite using 70/30 VG liquid just jam bought from Vape UK. I do not see why I should have the hassle of returning it when it is all messy. I have lost two coils and lots of juice. I simply ask for another tank or an alternative tank , bubble glass and coils. The glass will not come off and paint is coming off on the lid as well as off the bottom. In total I have spent just under 135 pounds at Vape uk.

Got it for my friend who I always smoke his vape and it tasted of next to nothing, within half an hour it was being washed out of the vape to make way for a flavoured vape, complete waste of money

I’m still waiting for my Vape’s, I ordered and paid for my Vape’s on the 6th or the 7th of December. I received a email saying they would be delivered on the 10th of December and the next day saying they would be delivered on Sunday the 8th but until now nothing has been delivered.

I recently purchased 3 coils for a Smok Prince. The seal around the bottom of each coil looked very poor and slanted where there were gaps. I thought I'd try them anyway, just to be sure. I tried all 3 and all 3 coils were faulty. They all drained a full tank of juice within 10 minutes out of the seal at the bottom. Waste of money! I've gone from a very happy customer to a very UNHAPPY customer!

Spent a little time browsing then walked up to desk where I stood waiting to be helped. Three customers that had walked in after me were served before I was. I was overlooked and ignored up to the point where I just left and took my business elsewhere.
