Hi Dylon, Sorry to hear you had issues with your Smok Rigel Kit, as mentioned on our email correspondence, had you not binned the kit before leaving the review and us contacting you, we would have been in a position to offer its return to us for testing, with a view to either replacing it for you, or processing a refund. Like any retailer, without the product, we would not be able to do anything further for you. “Superb range of premium products. I purchased the Aegis boost pro pod kit which did not disappoint in clouds and flavour. This was paired 5 of the premium juices for £20, this equates to the best value for money. The icing on the cake being the generous loyalty scheme that is given on every purchase that you buy. Always delivered quickly with no dramas. The customer service is second to none, and always a good in depth knowledge of products.”

Everything is dispatched immediately, there has never been a delay and the added gifts of chocolate and free liquid samples is a really nice touch.
