“Delivery was very quick even in the middle of a world pandemic!!! The mod and oils are perfect and as advertised. Customer service is second to none a liquid I had ordered was out of stock because they couldn’t contact me before my order was dispatched they sent me an alternative flavour and an extra bottle as an apology! “Really good service but you were let down by DPD who decided to change my next day delivery from Friday to Monday! They claimed my road was closed which it wasn’t. You arranged a refund of delivery charges which was great and you contacted me personally. Well done but sort your carriers out 😂”

“Vape UK is overall very good, huge selection of every conceivable flavour (am currently working my way through them to see if I can find a new favourite). Only reason there is a star missing from this review is the website. Sometimes the drop down menus glitch out and dissappear every time i move the cursor, frustrating more than anything else. If this was addressed and fixed then this would be 5 stars.”
