“I bought a falcon tank and within 2 hours the coil had failed and all the liquid had come out, I know its probably just a faulty one but Ive had to go back to my old tank now and its annoying when youve spent 30 pound on something that lasted 2 hours.”

“Ordered my e liquid a week ago it said it had been dispatched the same day and one week later it still hasn’t arrived, my usual supplier doesn’t charge anything for delivery and it always comes the next day as with vape uk I had to pay £2.99 but no sign of my order, will not be using this company again as because of the delay in getting my order I’ve gone back to my trusted supplier as I had run out of e liquid”

Hi Angela, we're very sorry about this, we have had an issue with Royal Mail this week resulting in a number of parcels going missing. This is obviously frustrating for all of us as we run a same working day dispatch service and usually your order would arrive the next day. Because of this we are now discussing the issue with Royal Mail and looking at alternative shipping options to ensure this doesn't happen again. Again please accept our apologies for us letting you down, especially on your first order with us but please rest assured this is not typical for our service. We are of course re-sending any missing deliveries on an upgraded service to get to you quickly.

“I bought the ‘Priv M17 kit’ to help with my stoptober challenge and started using it on a Sunday. It worked perfectly and really aided me with not smoking, however by Tuesday I woke up to find that the vape had leaked its entire contents and continued to leak throughout the day. I contacted Vape UK and was told that the responder had ‘encountered a few of these leaking’. I have given 2 stars due to the fact that my emails were answered within 30 minutes, but I am very disappointed and I will be sending this back for a full refund”

“Fast delivery and courteous. However, I was unhappy wth the Dr Salts Nic Salts product. I believe the proprietor should know the quality of their products. The Nic Salts were bland, with no flavour and below par overall. Fortunately I only bought them on sale or my disappointment would've been greater.”

“Brought the prince and from the very start its did nothing but leak (alot) contacted vape uk was advised to change the coil dispite already having a new one already. However this helped for a short time and its now leaking every so oftern! I'm not entirely happy with it at all and would like to return it for a refund.”
