Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review for your recent order, I have been looking into this for you but cannot find any email correspondence from yourself with regards to you contacting us? Did you email info@vapeuk.co.uk ? I can only apologise for the delay which occurred with the parcel we sent you, DPD were overwhelmed that weekend due to the Bank Holiday Monday and subsequently struggled to fulfil all their deliveries within the normal time frame. We had a number of customers contact us concerning their parcels being delayed to which we responded to quickly and processed the relevant refund for the shipping costs they incurred, I cannot even find your email in our Junk Mail which we monitor on a daily basis so I can only apologise further that we didn’t receive your email. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the speed at which we resolve any issue bought to our attention so it is sad that unbeknown to us we have failed to live up to this. I have emailed you with this information and also concerning the refund for your shipping costs which we have now processed. Glad you liked the chocolate! Kind regards, Michael
