“Love the elf bars, they last a couple of days each and come in really good flavours. The design is good too and there’s a nice tactile feel to them. The mouthpiece isn’t big and clunky like some vapes I’ve had either. Website is easy to navigate and the loyalty points are built up pretty quick if you buy a couple of weeks worth at a time. Only criticism I have is that twice now I’ve bought enough to qualify for free delivery and it hasn’t been applied, and I’ve been charged for delivery. If I’m spending the same amount of money anyway I’d rather have an extra vape. Don’t know if I’m supposed to enter a code or something but it’ll be the first site I’ve used where the free delivery option doesn’t show up alongside the premium delivery options.”

With regards to the delivery cost applied at the checkout, we offer free Tracked 48 delivery on all purchases over the amount of £20.00. Any additional service, such as a next day delivery service, is an added cost. The one order you placed with us recently, came to £20.00 and therefore qualified for free delivery, but you chose to select the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which is where the additional cost was applied, as this is not a free service on an amount of £20.00. “10/10!! After using many companies to try to figure out who has the easiest and most efficient page to use and also the best/quickest company deliver to the Western Isle of Scotland I have finally found the one! Easy to navigate site, great deals and very quick to deliver (tracked) to the middle of nowhere. Thank you!! “Ordered many of times and had no issues although Had an incident with one of the elf bars which is uncommon as normally fine. customer services where amazing and helpful and fully understanding. Resolved the problem. Definitely recommend”
