Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order from us and for any inconvenience this may have caused. We did try contacting you by email and telephone, but are yet to hear back from you. We have looked into this further and can see that the parcel which left us on the 14th of June, is showing as having been delivered on the 16th of June by the Gosport Delivery Office, courtesy of Royal Mail. Could the parcel have been left in a safe place or taken in by a neighbour with whom you can check with? If you can confirm your full delivery address, I will raise the matter further with Royal Mail and get back to you when I know more. We at Vape UK are always approachable via email and telephone on 01273 964252, where we will act quickly to resolve such issues as the non-delivery of a customers order. “Hi I would never usually complain, however, I thought best to let yous know. The vape that I ordered is leaking a lot and means I can’t use it as I can’t bring it anywhere. I had it upright in my bag and it leaked everywhere and even when I’m using it it leaks. Is this a common problem? It is quite inconvenient and means I’m unable to use it.”
