Product is faulty. Does not work properly, seems to have some circuit issues, makes a lot of noise when pressing the button and leaks all the time. Waste of money.

I ordered a starter kit on Wednesday 19th September and paid postage for next day delivery and still have not received it.

I ordered the dark Berry ice flavour CBD liquid however when it arrived this morning I found the seal was already broken. Also looked like it had been used because there was only 8ml of liquid in the bottle. Won't be shopping here again and I won't be using the damn liquid either. I've wasted money I can ill afford to lose.

bought a 8ml tank and 2 sets of coils, the coils burnt out after less than 12 hours use and the tank cracked in a few days. when using the QR code on the back it states that its not a genuine product. dont buy from this website.

Hi Oliver, I believe my colleague has spoken to you about Smok's verification system not being 100% reliable, as others have found online as well. I can confirm we only sell 100% genuine items and always will do.

I’m sure when I receive my replacement the vape will work but the original one sent wasn’t working at all. I’ve got a return label to send the faulty one back and hope the replacement works. The customer service team were quick to respond and have organised a return label

Massive scratch on screen not impressed about it delivery was quick but obviously paying over £50 for a device would of expected it to be in excellent condition which unfortunately it isn’t.

I ordered 2 bottles of liquid and have paid £2.99 for 1-3 days delivery time and it's been 4 days and the goods have still not come, not up to standards really as I have paid for 1-3 days guaranteed delivery.

Hi Kaya, I am sorry you've not received your order yet. There is currently a back log of deliveries following Easter which is frustrating I know. Unfortunately this is out of our hands but if your order doesn't arrive by Monday please get in touch and we will send it again for you. The 1-3 days we state is a guideline but it doesn't say it is guaranteed. Royal Mail say next day delivery is achieved with 93% of first class post but we have now amended the description of this service at the checkout to avoid any further confusion and for this we apologise. We do offer a next day service with DPD Local as an upgrade on orders under £60, and free of charge over. Many thanks, Chris
