Hi, your picture shows the base of your tank being 22mm, which suggests you have the Ello mini tank? The ello tank this is for measures 25mm Our product description states the following: 'Suitable for use with the Eleaf Ello 2ml tank, as found on the Eleaf Pico 25 and Eleaf Ikonn 220. Please note, this kit is NOT compatible with the Ello Mini tank' You are welcome to return this to us for a refund. Regards, Chris

“Picture showed the item was black and red (see picture from their website) and what i received was red when I called they said it's luck of the draw what colour you get and they couldn't send me a black one”

Hi Matthew, I just checked your order and it does seem the one you chose was with a red drip tip? The matte black version has a black drip tip. The pictures are similar but the black does show the tip to be red. If the tank is unused we can happily take it back and exchange for you, please do get in touch.
