Tried the offer of 5 Elf Bars for £20. Only 3 in the bag, when it was delivered. Sent an email nearly 2 weeks ago, no reply. After reading reviews, i was expecting better customer service

Although the 2 stars feels harsh, I personally believe it suitable based on the issue I encountered. On the online website, I selected a variety of different flavours to my basket as I personally don't like smoking the same taste time and time again, which is a main reason as to why I vape to begin with. However, when my order arrived I received 11 of the same flavour being Apple and Peach. Don't get me wrong, the flavour itself was lovely, but I never even picked that flavour to begin with! I have smoked one of them since my purchase arrived and have had to find an alternative source of supply to prevent a reoccurrence of this issue which is a real shame, as the vapes I received were very nice but the risk of the same thing happening simply isn't worth it.

Hi Cain, Sorry to hear you were left disappointed with your recent purchase with us. We have looked into this further and can see that you added a quantity of 11 Apple Peach Elf Bars to your basket, before completing payment for them. No other flavours were added to the basket on your visit to our store. As detailed on the information on the Elf Bar product page, to select and purchase multiple flavours, it requires the customer to select the flavour and desired quantity, before clicking 'add to cart', and then repeating the process for another flavour. Ordered Wednesday 20th and said it was next day .. didn't arrive till Monday 25th .. it was supposed to be a next day service. DPD delivery 7 days a week....

Two of the Vape I ordered tasted burnt and one of them didn’t work half of the time.

First time round I was really happy with the product just dpd delivery service wouldn’t leave the parcel so I had to wait another 3 days to receive my product. Second time round delivery had sorted the issue but I’ve found one of my products burnt out after one use, as seen in the video stated! I’ve been buying elf bars for quite a while now and tend to have one a day and have never noticed this issue before. So I’m not quite sure now for the tiny difference of saving which equivalents around 50p just to go back using a small street business now.

Easy to use service, great flavours but very poor vape. Leaks in to mouth and some have only 280 puffs in them.

Hi Helene, Thank you for your review and feedback, it is always appreciated to gain such reviews on the products we sell on our website. We do have it detailed on the Elf Bar product page, that puff counts are approximate and dependent on the length of draws on each use and by no means a guaranteed amount of puffs. Significantly lower puff counts can be found if longer draws are taken. Sorry to hear further that you had some leaking issues, this can be caused by how hard the device is drawn on, but also if the airflow is blocked at the base of the product. Elfbar 600 purchased, slowest delivery on planet, but most importantly the vape last half the time as from other stores. Will never buy again.

Hi I would never usually complain, however, I thought best to let yous know. The vape that I ordered is leaking a lot and means I can’t use it as I can’t bring it anywhere. I had it upright in my bag and it leaked everywhere and even when I’m using it it leaks. Is this a common problem? It is quite inconvenient and means I’m unable to use it.

Whilst the ease of the website & ordering/delivery is very good, the actual quality of the juice ordered is distinctly very poor. Received what is allegedly called Strawberry e-juice. Tastes absolutely nothing like strawberry & even with a fresh atomiser in my device it leaves & tastes like a metallic flavour. Worst tasting juice I've ever experienced.

Now I absolutely love the design and quality of the vape I've brought my trouble it's starts to leak now I'm using this has a to to stop smoking and it's been amazing it's just letting me down now .

Quick delivery, product came intact, with everything and looks nice. Although after two days use the top keeps coming off and damaging the coil in the process. Has been off a couple of days due to strong burning sensation when taking a draw. Overall, good service poor product

Hi Hayley, Thank you for leaving a review, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time, the order you placed with us came with the free Tracked 48 delivery we offer, where Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 working days, but do advise it can take up to 7 working days. The order you placed on Monday January 18th, left us that same day and was delivered on Thursday 21st, the delay being more than likely caused by the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic or recent adverse weather conditions. If you need the items quicker, we do offer additional shipping services, such as Next Day delivery with DPD, which would have guaranteed your delivery next day. With regards to the liquid causing your coils to burn, are you thoroughly priming your coil prior to installation and use? Product good delivery was terrible had to change the delivery address as driver couldn’t be bothered to look for the house missed delivery twice really disappointing
