“Don't spend your money with this company. I bought 2x flavor strength juice. One was ok not as strong as I expected but ok. The second one had no flavor what so ever.
I contacted the company only to get rude responses and solutions that cost me more money just to get a product I already paid for.
During the conversation, my disability due to a neck injury came up. Then it became about what I can and can't do due to my neck injury. At this point, the company became downright disrespectful.
They did come up with a "solution" we can both agree on. I wasn't going to do any more business with them. However, they chose to ban me and put me on some do not sell to list. Personally, that's not how I would treat a customer. Even if a resolution couldn't have been reached. I was just trying to reach out and see if they would want to make things right with a new customer. I've bought many juices in the past where I didn't like the flavor. In those cases, I took the hit. In this case, there is no flavor to like or not like. The owner did say they have done it for 8 years. So my view as a customer has to be wrong especially because I have a disability.”
“Long time customer who never had an issue with Vapor Vapes and enjoyed their products. Unfortunately had an issue with last order where they double charged us and sent us out 2 shipments. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they sent us the following email acting like we were the problem and flagging our account. Unbelievable.
I am not sure how this miscommunication happened but it has.
Our system did not make an error you ordered the first time you put in a order schedule for the second order we canceled that second order and refunded it.
You asked us why we cancel that second order we told you why and you authorized us to ship it .
Both orders have been shipped and received by you successfully I do not understand what you want us to do at this point.
We cannot restock e-juice product as that would be unsafe for our customers.
I have went ahead and turned off any ordering from your account and I've flagged your account for verification upon ordering.”
“Lots of options. Perfect for my new DIY hobby and it is cheap for mixing your own juices. Customer service is fast and those guys are really friendly. Didn't have a problem with shipping either, was shipped the same day.”
