Ordered 2x from them. 1st time it took over 2 weeks to get. Thought maybe this was just a 1 off problem and I would give them a second chance. Ordered on 11/18/24, today is 12/7/24. They tried to deliver on 12/3/24, but wasn't home. They left a tag on door with an email address and asked for my phone number. I email them and copied Vaporfi CS. Still no delivery or phone call. I have left numerous email with both. Received a reply from Vaporfi saying the order was delivered on 11/3/24. I replied "very funny since I didn't even order until 11/18/24. I live in PA and according to tracking they made 11 stops before even before getting to local carrier. This is just crazy and I will NEVER order from them again!!!

Delivery of my second order which hasn’t arrived yet will be my last. Delivery driver never came on schedule day of delivery but status was documented failed delivery attempt. Keep in mind I have surveillance cameras and there’s no video of attempted delivery and I was enjoying the beautiful weather in my front driveway throughout the entire afternoon when I received the “failed attempted delivery “

A complete sh$t show, don't waste ur time they use some 3rd party delivery service that said they tryed to delivery 2 times when they never showed up either time I have cameras, then the next day on the app it showed my package hadn't even made it to my city yet when I contact vapefi they blow u off and keep saying the same thing it's not our fault we use a broker who hires a 3rd party delivery service but they won't give u the info to contact them so it a big run around spent more on shipping then the stuff I bought and all these days later and still nothing 0 stars they SUCK

This can't even be a real business. I ordered 4/05. Every step of shipping has my city on it. For 3 days it said "out for delivery". Today, 4/19, I got the email "delivered", and signed for. Nothing has been delivered. It's a scam business.

This is one of the worst companies out there . They will quickly take your money but you will forever wait for your order. Or you may not even get it.its not worth the run around the give you.

I did NOT sign up for auto delivery and I have tried and tried to get someone from Customer Service to contact me and no one ever does. Calling my bank now to block any further withdrawals.

Got all the confirmation for the order and shipping then the package never came. They even disabled the tracking for it after they said it was “out for delivery” for 3 days. Definitely don’t waste your money ordering from them. Not even sure where they’re based out of, they say the US, another commenter mentioned seeing Australia, and my shipping info said the UK. Shady stuff.

Horrible horrible service ! I have reached out to customer service 3 days in a row and nothing. I called again today and actually spoke with someone and was told I would get a return authorisation emailed so I can return a brand new defective product. But then the email said they will review my concern and make a determination on how/if to proceed?! What! The $35 vape was defective and never once used- I even sent them a video as proof. So disappointing DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Sure wish I would have looked up reviews prior to ordering :( First online vap shop to come up on my google search. I have sent 6 emails with no response and 8 days post order i haven’t even gotten a tracking number/only shipping label has been created!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Yes a few weeks ago l order a few things on September 13 2023, they say it will be 5 to 8 days and l been looking up and it tell me my package is pending so l email vaporfi.com they keep telling its pending, l don't know who's the carrier, l been waiting for a few more days well as it right now no package yet please l need to talk with someone that will take care of this matter thank you

They use unreliable and disreputable shipping services. Most recent order they claim they delivered it to my work address (they didn't), and forged a signature of the initials of the business. And their customer service is rude and unprofessional and only responds with boilerplate. Will not order from them again

"My experience with VaporFi's online vape store has been extremely disappointing. I have encountered several issues with their customer service, and I believe they have not been transparent in their dealings. When I placed my order, I was not informed that there would be a delay in delivery, which was very inconvenient for me. Moreover, their customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive. I tried to reach out to them to address my concerns, but I received no proper response, only bots answering my questions. It has now been three weeks since I placed my order for vapes and pods, and I still have not received them. Overall, I strongly advise against buying from VaporFi, as my experience has led me to believe that they are not trustworthy."

They gave me a fake shipping number and said I need to just wait because it already has been sent I have no way to track my order I contacted my bank and they said they will check on it for me I'm done dealing with your company good day

Money removed from my bank and 40 days later...NO DELIVERY OF VAPES This company is based in the USA although website states Australia. Do NOT waste your money on purchases from vaporfi as you will never receive them !!!

I have been waiting on my product for 3wks. Then they say they attempted to deliver. But there was no note left on door. I work from home so haven't Noone tried to deliver. Now my order is sent back to customer after one attempt to deliver. They never tried to deliver this is a scam.
