"Delivery of my second order which hasn\u2019t arrived yet will be my last. Delivery driver never came on schedule day of delivery but status was documented failed delivery attempt. Keep in mind I have surveillance cameras and there\u2019s no video of attempted delivery and I was enjoying the beautiful weather in my front driveway throughout the entire afternoon when I received the \u201cfailed attempted delivery \u201c"

"This can't even be a real business. I ordered 4\/05. Every step of shipping has my city on it. \r\nFor 3 days it said \"out for delivery\". Today, 4\/19, I got the email \"delivered\", and signed for. Nothing has been delivered. \r\nIt's a scam business."

I called again today and actually spoke with someone and was told I would get a return authorisation emailed so I can return a brand new defective product. But then the email said they will review my concern and make a determination on how\/if to proceed?! What! The $35 vape was defective and never once used- I even sent them a video as proof. So disappointing DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!"

"This company is charging me $5.99 for same signature upon delivery . Delivery time is 3-8 days when you order from them, but unfortunately is never on this time .When I called them thay told me that thay have 21-30 days to deliver my order. Usually thay are using the 5 string solution company to deliver my e- cigarettes . And when I'm checking tracking number is just showing that my staff are in the hub for days. No phone, no contact. It's just so anointing. I'm considering to stop ordering from this company because I payed for order in the time of ordering and they don't have any respect for the costumer money and time. My experience with them is just horrible and nerve wrecking chasing my order ."
