What customer service team? No contact number, no email address, nothing. I've just tried to spend £200 with these people, but because I was buying a present for someone and wanted it sent to them, the software said 'NO', because my home address on my debit card is different from the delivery address. That's a big market Vax are losing. So be warned : Don't send any Christmas or birthday presents here. Go to Curry's

I know this isn't all Vax's fault, but they need to make sure the delivery companies they use are competent & turn up on the arranged day, so you don't have to do what I did.

Avoid at all costs this is another truly awful company, supposed next day delivery, waited for nearly two weeks and had to cancel, herpes has had the parcel for 4 days stating there's a delay? i wish i had read all the reviews on here, lets hope my refund does not take as long.

I clicked the Yodel link which showed it had been dispatched to my local store which was in Accrington!!! I contacted Yodel again to be told they couldn’t help me and i would have to contact the sender, the parcel was signed for at the Accrington adress on the 12th (signed for a parcel which was not addressed to them and was not in their name) So i spoke to a vax support agent called Neal on the phone after a 30 minute wait on hold! He easily updated the post code and assured me that my paid for products of £300 would be posted out to me and they would deal with the delivery error.

I placed an order but on discovering the delivery was going to be a week (something that was not made clear on purchase!!!) I tried to immediately cancel unfortunately after spending 10 minutes going round their website in circles I finally found a number on PayPal instead.

Expected delivery today....I could have had next day delivery but chose a week later due to work commitments. No processing info or tracking info sent from vax so, I contacted them today only to be told it won't be arriving! Poor customer service if they can't even supply this information without being prompted by the customer. Now I've to wait and see if it arrives tomorrow. We will see.

Next day delivery of my Vax vacuum did not happen! Yodel used as courier claimed attempt of delivery could not be made due to lack of access to my property!!! However using their tracking the driver was in another location (his home??) when the alleged attempt to deliver was made.

Guaranteed next day delivery on Order #303156047. Sat at home all day on 28th - nothing. Today (29th) not even the promised email on the subject of delivery. If I'd known you can't deliver against you promises (or that you use Yodel) I could have got the order elsewhere yesterday (and at the SAME price). Regards Anthony McAlinden
