Answered an online form and had a call back within an hour and sent out a replacement one within a few days.

I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews on here, Vax has been far and away the best customer service I have ever experiences across the 2 products that I have owned. I will never buy elsewhere if I can avoid it.
For reference, I own a vax standup vaccum and the spot wash duo pro.

The battery on our vacuum would not charge so i contacted customer service. Within 10 minutes the problem was sorted and a new one dispatched. Excellent service.
