I never thought I would be so cheated of my money, and they kept stealing from me for weeks while demanding more money. It was a horrible scenario.It is T O N E L I M I T E D.C O M I received my money back within a few days thanks to their help.

Investing is very simple, but getting your money back is not so much, to the point where one begins to doubt the seriousness of the site. The personal advisor becomes unavailable, and the phone is 'no longer operative'. Communication by email is also not fast, unexpected extra procedures appear that I had not been previously informed about and which require additional outlay and fees,yet Still unresolved until TONELIMITED. comes in and got my refund for me hastily but my experience to date is very discouraging."

I discovered that if you do not trade with them after making a deposit, there is a fee for withdrawals! Despite my request and multiple back-and-forth emails, my real concern was not resolved by customer care. If C*_*O*_*N*_*C*_*E*_*P*_*T*_*S*_*T*_*R D.C*_*O_**M had not intervened, I would have lost every asset I had, including the account. I would be in serious debt if it weren't for my rescue and the complete return on my investment.

I found out that there is a cost associated with withdrawals if you do not trade with them after depositing money! In spite of my request and several back-and-forth emails, customer support did not resolve my issue, even though it was legitimate. My entire financial holding, including the account, would have been lost if (L-O(U) D-O U-I(N)/C-O-M) had not stepped in. If not for my rescue and the full return of my investment, I would be deeply in debt.

All's well that ends well! I purchased a refurbished machine from their vax-outlet. It arrived with cracked plastic & an accessory missing. A few weeks later I got around to using the machine but it leaked badly & I requested a replacement which was initially refused "as it has been more than 21 days since receipt". It took several phone calls before Vax apologised & agreed to provide a replacement (which I am very happy with!) Moral : if you buy a Vax make sure that you test it within 21 days!

I have to admit that my dealings with Vax have been different to those mentioned below. Motor in first motorised bush head melted a pin and it came out of the side, that upgraded it to a better pet hair version no problem. First battery died, again no problem at getting a free replacement (had a spare one luckily) the both of my batteries failed (apparently the batteries are rubbish) and once again replaced without fuss. If you buy directly from Vax the Warranty is activated before you receive it. I have always found customer service staff very polite and helpful. Mark
