“Two week later I still haven’t received my items. I have been misled regarding postage and delays have been blamed on Royal Mail when this is not the case.”

Hello Andrew, We do apologies for this. I have looked into our system and can see that you contacted ourselves in regards to this issue on the 20th April. Our logistics team have liaised with you in regards to this issue. Unfortunately we have to wait a certain time frame with Royal Mail before an item is deemed as lost. Now that this time frame has passed your issue has been passed over to our customer service team who will be setting up a replacement order up for yourself to be with you shortly. Hello Stephen, I have looked into our system and can see you contacted us with regards to not receiving your order on time on the 15th of April. Our logistics team looked into this for yourself and got back to you with an answer on Monday morning. Unfortunately with our company being courier dependant we cannot guarantee that items will be delivered within two working days. This is in our terms and conditions stating the following; 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. Time is not of the essence for delivery of any Goods under this Agreement. “I’ve just bought the eyebrows for my van they were easy to put on looks amazing and were great value,it’s not the first time I’ve used Vee Dub and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Their site is easy to use and is sorted into van model categories. Quick with replying if you have an issue and postage is also quick,I’d highly recommend Vee Dub for any of your van needs.”

“The cab divider curtains I bought for my VW T5 are good quality and were half the price of one competitor. I had to cut the running track to length but when screwing it to the headlining the screws wouldn't grab because the headlining is made out of biscuit! (mine has an original sunroof and so may be a different headlining from standard models). So I cut four wooden pads to fit above the headlining for the screws to go into and the job was done. In my opinion the divider curtain is well worth the money and does the job!”

Hello, We do apologies for this. I have looked into our system and can see you had originally contacted ourselves on the 29th of March with images of the issues with your order. On the 30th of March our customer service team replied asking for the best date for a swap over to take place. A day was then confirmed and then we asked for a confirmed address. Once this was confirmed the swap over was set up to take place after the long bank holiday weekend. I can see from this that your new order should now be with yourself, if you have any issues with this order please to not hesitate to contact us by emailing support@veedubtransporters.co.uk Once again we do apologies for any inconvenience caused.
