Hello, We have looked into your order and can see that this was placed on the 18th after our 2pm cut off point. This will have been processed on the 19th due to this and we advise a 2 working day delivery service however this is an approximation as stated in our terms and conditions; 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. I can also see from your support ticket with our logistics team that you were offered a 10% discount as a good will gesture. “My fault but wish i asked if mirror would fit electric/heated,it didn't, hassle i went through to make it fit🤬 would have been good to know it wouldn't fit in first place, wouldn't have ordered otherwise,live and learn i suppose.”
