After market T4 front mud flaps, very poor design, you have to drill through the front wheel arches, very floppy materiel. Save your money up and buy the real thing.

Hi Paul, sorry you weren't happy with how these fit but our fitting video advises how to fit them. Not sure why you weren't happy with the quality of the product as it gets rated five stars regularly by our customers. Wrong part sent out . Wouldn't send correct one until wrong one was received back(despite having received photo showing error. Curtain rail for rear barn doors on T6. Poor fit. Your response is to bend it. It is way out and has to have a bend which creeses the track channel

Rear mudflaps poor fit, Not pleasant to look at from the rear impossible align. Ended up with numerous drill holes in my arch liner, will not fit these to my brand new camper. I'm looking for a refund please

Hi Alan, sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review, if you would like a refund simply contact our customer services team on 0800 292 2005 option 2 and they will be happy to help. In terms of the fit of the mudflaps did you follow our fitting video guide to get the nice snug fit, if you did the only thing I can think of is you have a T6 with a tailgate and because of the different rear bumper profile our mudflaps don't fit, we do specify this on the listing when you buy them. Get in touch either way and we will assist in resolving this thanks.

Side bars delivered no bolts no fitting instructions garage removed parts under van ready to fit but couldn't due to the above which cost £66.00 labour charge and needed to rebook when bits turned up

Hi Shaun, Sorry you were missing parts and instructions from your order, we did get this resolved within 24 hours of having the issue reported to us. We do send a link to our fitting videos after you place an order so you can follow them to fit your item hence we don't include paper instructions in the box. In relation to having to re-book to get the bars fitted we did in fact deliver your item 2 weeks before we were advised of missing parts which gave ample time to check you weren't missing anything before making the booking but hopefully all is resolved now!

You blamed me for getting the first order wrong you said you would ring me back when the T5 dash board things come back into stock but I had to ring you you have now made me pay again and still got it rong by sending me a t6 dashboard kit which just goes to show how you got it wrong the first time and it was easy to blame me the customer and charge me a second time an still no phone call for anyone once this gets sorted I will never use you again and I would advise anyone using your company to be very careful and check your order as they are very easy blaming you the customer

We purchased some front & rear mud flaps for our VW Transporter T6 9 seat minibus. When they arrived the front were fine but the rear ones weren't even nearly close to fitting correctly. I called to discuss this I was told it was down to customer services to solve & they supposedly put me & was put through to an answer phone. I left it a couple of days & heard nothing so I emailed the company using their address from their website. Up to date still no reply. These people will not be getting any business from me again & I have just purchased 4 more VW's for my business. WOULD NOT RECOMEND !!

Hi Steve, sorry your rear mudflaps didn't fit correctly, you were advised to send us images so we could help identify the issue and help you to resolve it but we didn't receive these, I have also chased up your complaint about customer services response times and whilst I can't see your phone call record I have seen that you emailed us via our website on 17/3/2017 at 13:57 and Ollie in customer services responded at 15:26 (within 90 minutes) to offer his assistance, there was no further correspondence from yourself! so whilst we appreciate you weren't satisfied with the product customer services did all they could to speedily assist you in resolving the issue but didn't hear back from you. Steve your item was ordered at 10.48pm on 19th November and you opted for 3-5 day delivery service. Your item was tracked throughout the delivery process and was delivered at 11.23am on 24th November. Please check with family members to see if they have put it somewhere when taking delivery. If you need any tracking details please do not hesitate to get in touch!

Hi Barry, slightly confused by your review, the only item you have purchased from us is mudflaps for your van, if this negative review refers to them we are not sure what you were expecting, mudflaps are a basic product for your van!

I ordered last Saturday and told it would be dispatched on Monday by Hermes delivery 2/3 days. This is Saturday and Hermes has let me and VeeDub down!

Hi Gordon, According to MyHermes tracking your order was out for delivery on Thursday with your local MyHermes courier which was inside our delivery timeframe but unfortunately for some reason it didn't get delivered until 10am this morning. very disappointed goods did not arrive and still have not called every day for a week , calls not returned , told the goods will be with me day after day and still did not have for my weekend away therefore needing to by basic roof rack elsewhere for our trip away

Hi Tim We are disappointed that you didn't receive your goods on time but the cause was because you contacted us AFTER your order had been despatched saying you had used an old shipping address and needed to change it. ?This caused a delay through our courier system which meant your delivery was actually delayed for 2-3 days due to having to locate and re-route your parcel, an unfortunate outcome but one which could’ve been avoided (and next day delivery would have occured) had the correct shipping address been provided at time of order. We also did return your calls and tried to address your issues and spent considerable time resolving this matter with our couriers, however once you advised you were opening a Paypal dispute to retrieve your money we decided the best course of action was to re-route the order back to us, it will arrive today or tomorrow and we will refund your payment in full as soon as the goods arrive back into our warehouse. As you know, recently I bought an offside window for my T5 to replace the original. Having previously done this for the near side. The window I fitted on the nearside was faultless! Slightly suprising, but REALLY good! No distortions at all. The Offside window is not great! I have sat and thought about it for a couple off weeks so as to give a clear opinion of its problems. They are as follows. The glass is waney, most noticeable at the corners of the apeture. This in itself is an acceptable flaw in a cheap window, however the positioning of the apeture is inaccurate. Slightly tilted down at the front edge, it gives added emphaisis to the glass distortion at the corners. It looks wrong. In comparison to my other window and other vans around where I live, it is not a good example of a sliding window and looks poorly made and finished! It will not take much I think, before it starts to leak. There are other cosmetic issues with it, but as I have said irrelevant until you compare it with the nearside window. The makers name for the nearside is BTO (Turkisk) and the offside window is TVW. Compared to the BTO window it is VERY second rate.

Back in December 2015 I emailed you asking about T4 Black Aluminium Roof Rails & Wing Bar Package – SWB that you have for sale on your website. My other question was about weight it could carry safely. Your company replied that it could carry 50 kg safely. The reason I asked about the safe carry limit was my intention is to carry canoes I also explained that the heaviest one is about 38 kg in weight. When I placed an order with you and when this products arrived I was disappointed with the finish as I was expecting higher-quality finish not the rough textured finish that resembled P80 Sandpaper. ( you'd advertised this product To be OEM quality) The instructions that came with this product was very poor with no measurements and illegible just a poor photocopy this instruction that carried the TÜV which is used to confirm the safety of a product . At this point I should returned this product. So I sent all aluminium components to be sent away to be stripped and powder coated only to find the castings was so rough these have to be sent away to be linished and then polished before the powder coating could be done. All this was done at my cost. Due to my work it is taken to this weekend for me to get around to fixing it the above roof bars to my T4 which should not take too long really it's ONLY 4 rivet nuts?? ( At this point I should ask myself would four rivet nuts be enough ) only when I placed the roof bars on my roof to find out it does not line up with the roof ridges on top of my Van using your photos as an example, the second one is the plastic spacer block is holding the one end in the air by 35 mm ?, And would take considerable force to bring it in contact with the van roof therefore already stressing components, At this point I asked myself again this roof rail this supposed to fit the specific Van without cutting or to be to modify? At this point I assemble the roof bars with the roof wings like to find out the roof wings are considerably longer than where the roof rails where it should sit using your photos as an example (as instructions a very poor), nowhere in your advertisements do you tell potential buyers that you will have to modify by cutting down this product to fit, this product is not designed to fit this vehicle whatsoever that you are advertising to do so is in breach of law. Taking another look at the clamping of the wing bar and to note the metal is a 1.5 mm thick even when is tightened up to the extent the plate underneath is bending you can still move this down the roof rail, this really is not a good idea as under heavy braking such a 38 kilo canoe with turn into a 150 kg missile think of that the next time you are on the motorway with a Volkswagen T4 behind you with your roof bars on just think did you sell them roof bars . In hindsight the product you are selling is nothing more than to used for Show The roof bars the instructions are carrying TÜV mark of materials testing services the instructions also say no drilling needed just to use of a bonding agent which I understand from the pictographs is printed on the document. What I can say, I wasted my time my money on a product from your selves in which I believe is unsafe to used, I have email this company on 2 occasions about this product without any reply !! I have since noticed that have altered their webpages deleting the photos where they use nut inserts this must mean they must of read one of my emails

Hi Stuart, we received your email saying your door pins didn't fit on 23/3 and replied on 24/3 offering to replace or refund and haven't had a response from you. However I can confirm that your order was received at 10.30pm on (friday)13th November, goods were despatched as per your request on Monday 16th via my hermes (3-5 working days) goods have now been in transit for 3 working days, I have tracked this for you today and can confirm that goods are out for delivery with your local Hermes Courier. DRL headlights. Poor fit. Had to open paypal dispute to get money refunded. Had to pay return postage even though no fault of mine. The company state 'sourced from Europe ' and they were from Taiwan!!!!!!

Sharp practice when returning item left me feeling ripped off. Curtains set purchased - barn door curtains are of poor fitment, blackout cab dividers don't cover the whole cab area so aren't actually blackout ( couple of inches short of the floor so light comes in the area it is meant to black out!! Returned the set of curtains purchased, only got refund for the barn door set and the cab divider I complained about. Despite returning the full set as purchased they deny expecting or receiving the full set. They have received the return parcel as they have refunded for part of it so they must have received the rest of the return!! Who would want to keep part of a set of curtains that don't match? Purchased as a set, returned as a set, £86 + postage out of pocket - be warned.
