“Windows, insulation and carpet all arrived quickly and were well packaged. Great quality and easy enough to fit as DIY project. Also great customer service regarding requesting extra fittings instructions and speedy send out of free gift that wasn't available when order was initially shipped 🤙”

“Unfortunately I had an issue with a broken piece of glass. I was in meltdown worrying about it, but the lady I spoke with could not have been more helpful. I filled out the online form and everything was resolved so quickly. Things do go wrong, but it's definitely how they're handled that makes the difference. Professional and efficient!
