Delivered a rear spoiler for a Transit when I ordered one for a VW T5, took one week to come and collect/replace. Advised me I would get a 2 hour delivery advice, never happened, luckily I was in when delivered by other source having waited in all morning. Nice item but very poor customer service.

Be aware that your items will not be delivered in outer packaging - so if it’s a present a birthday surprise could be spoilt like mine was! Great product & quick delivery but customer service not great. You receive a standard response when you contact them to voice your concerns

Hi Wendy, We have taken a look into this for you and can see that your order was delivered on one of our own delivery vehicle. We have four delivery vans that we use to deliver goods throughout most of mainland UK, and orders that are local to ourselves almost always get delivered on our vehicles. All of our delivery vehicles are purpose-built inside to accommodate for the items that we sell and all of our delivery drivers take great care with the items that they are delivering, unlike some courier companies. With this in mind we feel that it is unnecessary, and a waste, to package up items that are being delivered on our own vans. Hopefully this clears up why your order turned up with minimal packaging. - Vee Dub Transporters.

Hi Peter, I have taken a look into this for on our support system. After reviewing the ticket I can see that we are still in the process of figuring out exactly what has happened with your steering wheel cover, however with all of the information that has currently been provided to us it does seem that the product is correct and that it the two ends would meet each other if fitted correctly. The stitching on our steering wheel covers are pretty strong so there was no need to worry about splitting the stitching, as long as you are not pulling like crazy then this shouldn't be a problem. Despite the positive customer service from the support team it has taken three attempts to deliver and completed my order. I am now waiting for the final delivery to take place. Fingers crossed for a higher level of service in the future.

Received items quickly, but quality was poor, especially the wind deflectors. Full of rough edges and bobbles. A poor fit also. I'm sure there are s lot better suppliers out there.

Complicated one.. The Spoiler supplied looks great in the packet, and the customer service dept have been quick to answer me on this, but the product has been supplied with the incorrect parts for fitting, and there doesn't seem to be any facility for them to supply the correct parts to me.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We have taken a look into this for you and can see that the correct parts were supplied to yourself, however there was a slight issue with the fitting instructions. To fit your spoiler with the black tabs you have received, you will need to drill or thread this to allow for the bolt to pass through. Our Customer Services team did however assist you with the alternative, and frankly better, fitting method of bonding the rear spoiler to your vehicle and we didn't hear back from you, we hope you managed to fit your spoiler. When I contacted Vee Dub to say that several of the the rails were not the right size for the windows I was told that that is the size of the rails in the warehouse. They were around an inch short, and one was a further 5mm shorter. There was no offer of replacements. The tailgate window bottom rail had to be bent around the wiper motor. This makes the curtain difficult to close. The rail ends have to be bent also to fit the caps in, marking them. Why not make caps that fit?? All in all for the price tag of around £250 I was disappointed in the thought that has gone into them. For that price they should be better. So to should the customer service.

Hi Stephen, Many thanks for your review. I have had a look into this for you. Please accept our apologies that you feel this way. I can confirm that the rails do need slight modification due to the rails being made the same and not every contour of a van is the same. The rails that we have here in the warehouse are the same length that you have, as our customer service team mentioned to yourself, which is why no offer of replacements would have been made. With regards to the tailgate curtain rail - It does state on our website that if you have a wiper motor, modification is needed to accommodate for this. You are still within the 30 day period should you wish the return this item. Again, please accept our apologies for this, kindest regards, VeeDub

Hi Mike, Many thanks for your review, the window in the video is for a T5, however this does not matter, the fitment of the windows is universal. Part sent did not fit my 2011 transporter. Also adesive style to which I did not require. Sent parts on return label at a cost of £12.50. Happy (not). Waste of my time and also to my expense.

We unfortunately do not stock the Wind Deflectors that fit into the channel, it does state on the website that they are they bonded Wind Deflectors. A little confusion arose over what turned up and what was supposed to turn up, on respect of the van version but all was cleared up quickly and efficiently. Great communication, very helpful. Fully recommended.

Unfortunately found roof bars to be poor quality there were some of the plastic lugs broken off , washers did not fit in gaps provided and when you tighten down not even over tightening plastic on bars split where it meets foot plate

The gear stick extenders are fine, however the hex head grub screws are worse that useless. May as well be made of chocolate. Cannot tighten them up so just a spinning gear stick, marvellous!

Very poor packing on the item they sent a replacement which was also damaged due to poor packing. Asked for a refund No quibble would use again but not for such a fragile item.

Hi Terry, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that this happened to yourself, not once but twice. We pack all of our items with care and attention, however unfortunately as soon as the goods leave the building they are in the hands of the couriers. We ship out a lot of the item you ordered without any incidents, but in your case the courier managed to damage both the original and replacement item. This is part of the reason as to why we introduced our own fleet of delivery vehicles which we use whenever possible. Unfortunately it isn't possible to cover the whole of the UK. Parts missing from order fit of items on vehicle poor, customer service sent missing parts 2nd class mail. Bonnet Bra fitting cord missing. Roof Rails, screws too short to fit van. had to buy longer ones, plugs and washers missing, overall poor quality product.

Used DPD where the drive signed for my parcel but didn’t deliver it, they said the driver was upset as he claimed he delivered it, it turned up with another DPD driver some 4 days later, no follow up from veedubtransporters, and then when I open it the mirror covers had blemishes in the carbon print, I guess you get what you pay for.... will shop elsewhere me thinks. Other than that VDT have been pretty good for other purchases.

The information we have from them is that the driver attempted to deliver your parcel and although he could hear noises inside, the door was left unanswered. We were informed that the driver had left the parcel in a safe place, if this wasn’t the case, please accept our utmost apologies on behalf of DPD. When I finally got the product at the moment I cannot get them to work, asked on the T5 forum and most people are having the same problem, in my opinion cheap rubbish from China, stick with the originals

 Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to get this item to work at the moment, we haven’t had any issues as of yet regarding our number plate lights.

Very disappointed with package that the item I order arrived in. There was no paper work at all, no list of parts or instructions and absolutely no mention of Veedubs as a company. I sent a facebook message then rang and gentleman said this is the way we generally send things out. Which I found hard to believe however he was helpful he found and sent me a link to instructions and confirmed I had all the correCt screws.

The order took 4 days to arrive which isn’t the end of the world but what I was more disappointed in was the quantity of the product. I received two items one was led side repeaters for my t5.1 transporter and the other led reg plate lights both of poor quality and bad fit
