Not very happy with this product at all . Was all fitted come to close the doors on the van and it's catching the ridges are to high and taking the paint off . So yesterday I took it to the body and asked if can adjust the doors and they did still catching on one of the ridges . And put the doors out of line so more money wasted . The body shop said the ridges are to high. So now I got to pull it of and waste more money on a other one

The product purchased is not the correct part despite using the vehicle registration, unfortunately, I have found Vee Dub unhelpful in dealing with this matter and I haven't had my money returned or the product return instructions despite raising this issue.

Brought a set of roof rails and bars for my T4. Once they arrived they didn't fit well at all. I emailed and was told about them being faulty. Then sent me the address to return back, which I had to pay for. Then refunded for the bars and rails but not a full refund and didn't refund the shipping. I'm now over ÂŁ40 out of pocket and no roof rails or bars.

Will never use again. All in stock took over a week to arrive. Left on a Wednesday marked Next Day, Delivery promised by carrier twice Thursday, Friday, told on Saturday can delivery what we ain't got" by carrier! Then told after 3 days hadn't left Leicester! You can't get Customer Service, allways closed, Logistics never answer. Evan sales couldn't get on a Friday. Did get someone on messenger on the Friday, never heard from them again. Nice adds on Facebook, very poor service and delivery. First and last time using them. Oh yes, over delivered, advised, never got a reply!! Now keep getting plagued to leave feedback. Get a grip Vee Dub, don't ask for feedback that you ignore!!

The ÂŁ20 two day delivery cost through DHL to Scotland does not live up to the promise. Expect 7+ days

Hello, We have looked into your order and can see that this was placed on the 18th after our 2pm cut off point. This will have been processed on the 19th due to this and we advise a 2 working day delivery service however this is an approximation as stated in our terms and conditions; 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Two week later I still haven’t received my items. I have been misled regarding postage and delays have been blamed on Royal Mail when this is not the case.

Hello Robert, We do apologies for this. Unfortunately due to being courier dependent we can't always guarantee that orders will be delivered within the advised time frame. We have this stated in our terms and conditions 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. Time is not of the essence for delivery of any Goods under this Agreement. Hello Mark, We do apologise for the inconvenience. I can see you contacted us in regards to this issue on the 24th of March. Images were then provided by yourself on the same day and you were asked to return these free of charge. As soon as we received these on the 15th of April we contacted yourself to confirm a delivery address. Once this was confirmed a replacement order was set up and sent out for you. Ordered door mirror covers painted black came with orange peel effect which wasn’t part of the plan but hey ho! Obviously the painters aren’t very good at their job sadly. Also had a splitter very poor quality very flimsy Won’t be buying from here again

I wasn’t delivered what I ordered!! The order was two air fresheners I got one, which was not (vee dub air freshener) which I wanted. Also window cleaning product. Show a spray nozzle attached to bottle on picture. I got just the bottle. Even costumer services said they would sort this. That didn’t ☹️ out of pocket really!!!!

one pack of mud flaps no screws, can't be that difficult. Rear mud flaps look very bent haven't tried fitting them yet because of the delays in not receiving screws.Not very impressed. Peter Lewis

Good afternoon Janet, Royal Mail is one of our main couriers, we are expecting that a significant amount of deliveries will be affected by their industrial action, unfortunately this is out of our control. We are unable to process your order through their system any quicker. Their Strike Dates at the end of last month were 24/11 / 25/11 / 30/11 / 1/12, they also have future strike dates of 9/12 / 11/12 / 14/12 / 15/12 / 23/12. We anticipate that this will impact our customers orders/ tracking detail(s) for a number of weeks. Whilst some of our customer have received their goods on time or with a lesser delay, a small number of our customers have experienced more lengthy delays. We ask for your patience and understanding while Royal Mail work hard during their strikes to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. Product took longer to arrive,post office fault not Vee Dubs. Product was packed damaged during assembly it fell apart on opening plastic bag and was not used only pieces put together with the old original one to get me over the problem. Shoddy item wouldn't buy again. The star rating is for the product not Vee Dub

Not at all happy with this product. (T5/T5.1 Side Pillar Decals - Gloss Black). The one on the front door is a reasonable fit but the one on the sliding door is much the narrow and ended up with a white strip down either side. Not the look I was looking for at all. I ended up removing them.

Mud flaps two weeks to arrive, rear door seal wrong as it’s a 1200mm to short. And to many emails asking for feed back.

I purchased the electric window kit was missing another of parts rang to see what could be done was asked to email no answer to get missing parts very unhappy now have no working windows in my van as the mechanic fitted what was there then came to fit the rest and it was not there would like a refund
