“Given near impossible to get through on the phone, or to pick things up from gsf, Also poor ability to track delivery (let alone that the delivery still hasn't arrived after paying £12 for before 10 next day..) I'd say lots of improvement needed.”

“I ordered my parts and Payed for them even payed for extra postage to get here at 10am, 1:30 parts have still not come so I phoned up ask where my parts were they said phone this number which I did only to be told the parts were not in stock so I wasn't very pleased why couldn't somebody phone me and say the parts are not In stock so I will not be using again in the future”

“Hi my order was delivered promptly and securely and in very good condition. All the parts ordered were on the list and all packed separately, not all in one bag. Very Very good service. I visited the local GSF parts shop previously to enquire about parts and they were very helpful too, not recommending GSF parts but giving me information on what I required and not trying to sell me bits. I have already recommended them to friends. Very satisfied customer Mark Taylor”

“initially i found conflicting information, so i called gsf on their birmingham number the guy i eventually got passed over to was keith jackson and boy did i get the right person. not only did he inform me that i was ordering the wrong part but also he patiently showed me why, so consequently i got the parts i needed. considerable time on keiths part paid the dividends and i will definately request his assistance again. so if there is any bonus scheme for your employees, keith should be first in line, he is an asset to GSF rgds dave m”

“Having broken down in Spain we needed parts to get our bus back on the road and made the order through VeeWee. Once received one part of the order was wrong, however we got around this. The service could have been better if we had been able to choose a priority delivery option and not rely on parcel force. It would have also been better if we could have completed the order over the phone and not be directed to use the web site as we were told they could not arrange delivery to an address other than that on the payment card on phone orders. However they did help us keep track of the order and once with us we were able to get the bus working again and didn't miss our ferry.”
