“Although your service is excellent I recently placed an order upon receiving your mail communication regarding my purchase I realised I had mistakenly ordered a RHS repair panel when I needed a LHS panel, I immediately contacted your sales team through your contact address on the vee wee site asking for my mistake to be rectified prior to posting and to date still had no response at all. A little disappointing really but will continue to use your service despite this issue.”

“this is the first time i have recieved a part from you,s through the post i normally phone up your store in newcastle upon tyne, which gives excellent service very-very helpfull and the part i am after is allways there the next day, and as i own a 1974 beetle & a citroen picasso i can buy parts for both cars which are very reasonably priced thanks for a reliable service”

“Item ordered on line. Delivery was swift, but wrong item arrived! One digit different, so human error somewhere! Getting throgh on the phone a slow business - 5 minutes of hanging on once re-directed. Problem sorted, and correct part arrived the following day, so quick to rectify.”
