“Love how the bikes mount in the rack. Had issues with a lot of bounce until I ordered some elastics for the brakes. I see now they come with a rack now. Love the latching/lowering mechanism and the anti wobble hitch. Honesty nothing I dislike about the rack. Would buy another tomorrow if I had to. Especially love the 15” spacing. Even if I am hauling only mountain bikes.”

“Reason I went with you company is for easy of use and the design. I have been mountain biking since 91 and have always been one to take good care of my bikes. The way most other racks work tend to cause wear/rub points on the bike. Your rack is secure and does not rub any part of the bike. I highly recommend this rack.”

“Love the rack. I have a sprinter camper van. Bought the 6 bike. Could easily have went with the 7; I’m sure it would have fit great as well. Love it. My sons 20” bike does fit well. But read where it might be hit or miss depending on bike. So we lucked out. I do have a swing arm hitch in the van as well. This pushes the rack a bit more up and back which is great for getting in the doors of the van. I’d suggest consider buying an extension to your hitch if not a swing arm for your van. But you can always add that later. Bikes feel very secure on the back. Just remember to always push the bikes up into the locked position before driving. Whoops. And if the rack is fully loaded with bikes, pushing the rack up into place can be quite heavy. But just get a friend to help if necessary; especially if your carrying that many bikes.”

“We bought a 4 bike Velocirax to carry 4 fat tire ebikes for our search and rescue group. We store the rack upside down when not on a truck since we lack the space to hang it. We mount the rack on one of our 4 rescue trucks when we get a callout that requires our ebikes. Its very quick and easy to mount. The anti-sway mechanism works well. And the shocks gently lower the heavy ebikes when unloading. We’re happy with the heavy duty rubber straps that secure the bikes in 2 places.”

“Failed to deliver key parts initially and then the dampening piston stopped working despite very light use. Well made and would give higher figure except those issues which I have emailed you about; no reply as yet”

At the start of opening VelociRAX in Canada, we experienced some rough patches and have been able to work through missteps. “A great rack, super easy to use. Holds the bikes great with no damage to the frames. Love the hydraulic assistance. I've had people come up to me in car parks to ask about the rack, I feel I may have helped sell a few!”

“Love our 4 bike velocirax. Got the bigger spacing between bikes and glad I did. Is a little heavy to push up but only when it’s got 4 bikes on so you will have a friend to help in that situation. Would recommend!”

“I had a rack of similar design before which I thought was great until a friend bought a Velocirax. After seeing how well it carried the bikes and how much easier it was to load/unload the bikes I ordered one right away. The rack is so well designed and built to last a lifetime.....5 star 10/10!!”

“Love our VelociRAX! It works great w/ our 'regular' MTB's. However, take note if you plan to haul heavier eMTB's - we had one of our Specialized Levo's pop out of one of the baskets after hitting a big bump on the freeway. Thankfully, the lower strap held onto the bike, dragging it on its handlebar as we pulled off the side of the freeway. Nowadays, we supplement the rubber straps with 2" velcro cinch straps & use bands on the brake levers - so far, it's been solid & we have never had any problems since... though I still have PTSD from the experience & cringe any time we hit a bump.”

“This thing is awesome. We have four kids so 6 bikes on and off when we motorhome. I can easily remove one or all in a matter of seconds. And the fact it tilts down makes it incredibly easy to secure all bikes easily. Would highly recommend this bike rack to anyone with more than two bikes. 5 star!”

“Best bike rack on the market. Have had many others from Thule and Yakima. Easy to load and unload up to six bikes on the one I purchased. Holds them secure with no damage to bike forks from moving around like others. Give it 6 stars out of 5. Cant go wrong with this rack.”

“Love the dampers and ability to store at the garage, got 6 bike version, space quite tight, would advise to use 5x in case u do not need 6; Integrated lock system - awesome ; Would recommend the following rack to anyone who wants to carry more then 4 bikes”
