“Verisure are on alert all the time. Their team are very fast to respond with 45 secs. This surely makes me feel very secure knowing the team are there for me (us) My only issue is that as a customer for number of years the monthly subscription is on the high side.”

“Verisure have been securing my property for about 10 years now and I have no complaints and total trust in their system and professionalism. I can’t rate them highly enough. Reliability of equipment and response times if alarm is triggered either by accident or in the event of attempted break in is fantastic. Being able to arm and disarm via IPhone is extremely useful and the recording of arming and disarming of system and by which member of household is useful. Video alarm doorbell works really well and is also monitored by Verisure so works as an inter grated system.”

“Excellent company who supply a top quality cctv house alarm. Once installed the customer service is equally impressive if any problems arise. The video doorbell makes it easy to speak with a caller when you are elsewhere in the house. If you don't answer the control room, a guard is sent to your property to check this. If necessary they will call the police. I recommend this company most highly.”

“Contact on front door not working as door had dropped. Engineer sorted it all out, advised on what to do when we start decorating (imminently) and was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout his visit. Great service.”

“I have been a customer for just over a year and in the early days I was less than impressed with the issues and attempts to resolve them. Since then the Customer service agents have improved no end and it is clear that a lot of time and effort has been invested in their training. The app which was appalling to begin with has come on in leaps and bounds and is intuitive and rarely crashes. Media reviews have suggested that Verisure impose significant price rises after 12 months but that has not been my experience”

“I am not always able to be at my residence, which is very vulnerable being situated next to a park. CCTV and sounding alarms did not always help a lot. But although my alarms got damaged by the intruders, Verisure's system cut through that, the police was called, and an arrest was made, with a prosecution to follow. Well done Verisure!!”
