“Great service but our luggage smells to food the following hours after retrieve it”

“Worked out fine but the staff was a little cagey about their hours of operation. they wanted to store the bag at a different location and return it at a certain time for pick-up. I couldn't commit to a time so they kept my bag there in store. Not sure if I would do that location again, which is closest to Penn station.”

“Really convenient! This was my first time using vertoe so I wasn’t sure what to expect, the location we had was kind of weird (a convenient store) but it was really easy to drop off and pick up bags and worth the money.”

“Very convenient and easy to use, had a 10hr layover in Denver and didn't want to lug my carryon while exploring the city. It was hard to find the door to the place hence the 4/5 rating....better signage would be an easy fix. Also couldn't decide which of the two locations was more convenient to where I was exploring and ended up picking the wrong one. Booked a new reservation and with 1 quick email to customer support they refunded my $ from my original booking. Thanks! Will use this service again.”

“Our luggage was tagged and sealed/locked with a tamper proof clip. You took a photo of each clip and showed to the attendant upon return. All items were in tack upon return.”
