“I had about 5 hours between when I arrived at BOS and when my friends would get here, so I left my bag here to explore the east side. This place is walkable from the airport and could not have been nicer or more convenient. I highly recommend this spot”

“The concept is genius. The location and the execution of the drop-off was not ideal...I did not receive any sort of bag tag and it was a bit of a rough scene outside the store.”

“I canceled the service but the mail was returned “failure to deliver”. Canceled may 31 at approximately 8:30am just after getting off plane Mary Ann”

“A great idea but needs tuning up. The luggage collecting point was a bit further from the station than expected and we have not been given any confirmation of deposit. Service very kind. The booking confirmation email arrived to me after 24 hrs.”

“We reserved storage (prepaid and confirmed). We paid for an Uber and when we reached the address, we were refused and told they had discontinued services over a week ago. We attempted to call the customer service and looped endlessly with no help. We then tried calling another alleged vendor who also said they had no idea what we were talking about … so. Scam is the only word I can come up with (oh and we were charged for the non existent business).”
