“Not sure if you read my message storage place you charge me for upfront was shut down for good I called the number no response I am going to call the bank and report fraud”

“So glad we found out about Vertoe! We had to check out of our hotel at 11 am and couldn’t check in to our Airbnb until 4pm. It was super helpful to drop our luggage while we had lunch and got our bearings. At 1st it seemed shady to leave things at a convenience store, but the staff were very kind and helpful and our luggage was tagged & kept safe. I think it’s probably safer than having an obvious storage place & helps small biz owners make some xtra money. Wish I invented it 😂”

“Checkout at Airbnb was at 10am and my train was scheduled to depart at 5pm. This service gave me the opportunity to check my bags and tour a few more destinations before boarding my train. The service was effortless and the staff was professional and courteous. I can’t thank you enough for making my vacation even more memorable thanks to your low cost and convenient service :-)”

“Great to be able to store our 4 bags from 11 till 7pm on Oxford Street leaving us free to enjoy our last day in London. Great central location, easy to find with Vertroe's clear instructions. We had a skateboard which we had just purchased and the guys took that also at no extra charge which was appreciated. I was asked to take a photo of the tags to reclaim the bags. System worked perfectly. Would use Vertoe again.”

“I went to the store and the guy first acted like he had no clue what vertoe was. Then when i showed him my phone and explained what I needed, he asked about a confirmation number. I showed him the number I was given and he looked at me and said no the other one. When I asked where I could find the other number he said I don't know. I asked if there was any way he could help me and he said no. So I had to leave and find another day locker. I will NEVER use this again. It was a waste of my time and money. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED”
