“The vendor didn’t seam to interested in assisting my family. We were given four lock tags to secure our luggage; then instructed to set it by the door in the wide open. When we came to pick up our luggage it was still by the door and no one verified that the tags matched our reservation.”

“Very pleased with my experience. Was in NYC for a long weekend and found it much more convenient to store my luggage (on the day of departure) at a location close to Penn Station, where my bus home was departing from, than leaving it at the hotel. The process was completely painless and I will definitely continue to use Vertoe on future trips!”

“Drop off and collection point very close to Victoria train station. Completly hassle free from dropping off and collecting. Web site for booking was easy to use and information and receipt emailed straight away. Would use again, great way of storing baggage for a few hours while killing time in London, until we were ready to get our train to the airport. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I gave the service a 3 because the location I picked didn't have a specific area where to hold our luggage. He put the luggage behind the register counter nor did he have anymore of those zip ties with the code on them. He was nice and we were able to retrieve our luggage. Nothing was missing but it just seemed sketchy all together. I would've felt better if our luggage was stored in a room or a closet instead of behind a counter.”
