“Not a secure location to store your luggage (turned out to be the back of a store, no lockers). The employee did not know which company I would have booked through. I did not end up leaving my bag there because I felt unsafe.”

“Location was closed despite different hours being posted, never got to drop my bags off. Wasted an hour of my time. Save yourself trouble and ask your hotel to keep your bags, most will do it for free. Will never try to use this again.”

“All went good. I was only surprised that suitecases were all stored together without an assigned number or identification tag on it and everyone could go pickup by themselves the suitecase. I guess they have high trust in people :-)”

“Amazing service, very convenient so I did not have to take my luggage around attractions in the hours between check out of a hotel and check in of another. Personnel was also very nice and welcoming, I felt safe to leave my stuff in their hands!”

“Todo bien, es raro dejar las maletas en una tienda, uno con un poco de desconfianza, pero todo bien!! hay que tomarle foto al tag que le ponen a tu maleta con un número para mostrarlo a la hora de retirarlas.”

“Easy online booking and reasonable rates. Better signage would have helped our cab driver locate address but a local hotel was able to direct us and the door was answered fairly swiftly and luggage placed in lockers and secured. On our return the door was again answered quickly and we were dealt with swiftly and courteously. As this is an income stream for a community project we’d encourage people to use the service which is ideally located if you’re staying in or visiting Little Italy.”

“The store owner was professional and caused us to feel that our belongings were safe with him while we left for a few hours. This really helped ease the burden of toting luggage around the city while waiting for our train to arrive.”

“We needed to store our luggage between checkout of our Airbnb downtown Amsterdam and checkin to our hotel near the airport. Vertoe was a convenient, secure way to store our luggage close to the Airbnb (a couple of blocks away), and take public transport to see museums and many other parts of centraal Amsterdam before collecting our things and taking a quick tram ride to the Airport Sprinter. The we process was secure and easy. Would highly recommend.”

“The offices were closed until 9:30am for a 9:00am luggage drop off. I was late for my meeting. There were no explanations provided. I paid for a service I did not get.”

“Location was good to go near east side of Central Park and MET museum but the person at the shop was terribly unkind and careless. 🤨 He should drop it if he doesn’t want his job for this.”

“Had a booking for drop off on Monday 18th April. Arrived from the airport and took a taxi to the location. It was closed!!! Why would you accept a booking when you were closed. I’d like a refund please.”

“Muy fácil de hacer la reserva, pero nos encontramos con que el establecimiento no estaba abierto a la hora que habíamos reservado (9 de la mañana), abrió a las 9 y media pasadas, y además a la hora de reservar lo hicimos hasta las 18.30 y cuando dejamos las maletas el dueño nos dijo que teniamos que recogerlas antes de las 17.00 porque a esa hora cerraba si o si. Lo cual nos hizo acortar bastante nuestros planes ante la posibilidad de no poder coger las maletas”
