“It was easy to make the reservation online. Once there, the security was a bit lax in that no one asked for I.D. or put a lock on my luggage. When i picked up my bag, it was no problem because no.one else had left any bags...”

“I prepaid the guy didn't even check my reservation told me to take a pic of my luggage to show when I came back to pick it up no ticket or email or security code. It's also across the street from. The men's detention center aka jail. So be careful single ladies.”

“Booked through this site in long beach, got to the destination they told me and it was closed. Gates and all... no answer from the number, no response to email. Couldn't cancel. No number to reach the Vertoe service. Emailed them and waiting for a response and a refund.”

“I was a skeptic at first because I didn’t expect a bar and grill to provide this type of service but it turned out to be an awesome experience. I forget the name of the young lady who helped me but she was of course helpful and made the transaction smooth and painless. Thank You!”

“A super useful and necessary service for anyone who needs to store their luggage in a big city for a few hours. The locations offered were central and close to tourist spots and public transportation hubs. The people at the business I stored my luggage at were helpful and on top of it.”
