“Great location, they were nice. Dropping my bag off was easy and picking it up was a little too easy. They let me head right on to the back and pick up my bag without really checking if my bag really was mine. If someone wanted to they could’ve taken anyone’s bag.”

“Easy to drop off and pick up. It is random stores that you’re leaving your luggage not an official “vertoe” store. But overall it was fine.”

“I like and appreciate the concept and the service. I relocated back to the Bay Area and my plane arrived before 9am- I couldn’t get into my place until 4:00 pm so I really needed a place where I could store my luggage for 6 hours and I found this service. While the location was not exactly what I thought and unconventional the gentleman offering the service was very kind, attentive and very well respected by the locals. I appreciated the time to shed my baggage and reacquaint myself with the area. Thanks for your help and providing a great service.”

“Very useful service! Central location and no-fuss drop-off and pick-up. The downside was that it was so no-fuss that our luggage tags weren't even checked when we picked up our bags, which made us feel a little odd.”

“Good location and friendly staff. Always double-check the opening hours with the owner. It says until 9PM, but can close sooner, unless you don't request it in your booking.”

“Easy to book, convenient location near Penn Station, but I had to carry my own bag downstairs to a basement storage area then carry it back up when I was reclaiming it. Also, Stashed charges for 24 hour periods, not calendar days so I would use them if they had a convenient location.”

“I stored my luggage in a restaurant which is 7 mins walk from union station Chicago. Although it was not a proper luggage storage, I found it very convenient to keep my bag there and it just cost me around $5 per bag.”

“Online interface for reservations was very easy and straightforward. Employee taking luggage was somewhat friendly - maybe that could be improved as one is leaving valuable luggage with a stranger.”

“It's incredibly helpful being able to store your items near popular locations while traveling. The place we stored our bags was slightly sketchy, but the folks were professional and the bag was there when we returned. Definitely would try again!”

“The service provided was a lifesaver, and I'm thankful. I think it's a great concept. The small inconvenience had to do with the fact that the end service provider was a fast food chain, and the guy who accepted my bag was a bit curt and seemed annoyed at my having dragged my luggage in there. I certainly felt a bit odd dragging my luggage into a fast food place. Maybe parking providers, shipping companies such as Greyhound/FedEx/etc., or budget hotels would be more suitable partners. The employee who returned my bag was very kind, though. Just a couple glitches to work on.”

“It would be very helpful if you would indicate when reserving if the location is south, north. east or west of the location (e.g. Penn Station) entered. Even if the storage place is only 0.15 miles from the pocation entered it can result in your being farther away from where you want to get.”
